Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST, Monday–Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will ship the next business day. Standard U.S. delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes — enjoy free U.S. shipping on all orders over $150.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Q: What are my expedited options?
A: Express and Overnight shipping options are available at checkout.

Local Pickup

Q: Do you offer in-person pickup?
A: Yes. Local pickup is available for customers in the Miami, Broward, and West Palm Beach areas. At checkout, select “Local Pickup” and follow the instructions provided. Customers must bring a valid ID and order number at pickup, and text ahead as instructed. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be returned to stock and store credit will be issued. No refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We do not issue refunds. All sales are final.

Q: What if my item doesn’t fit?
A: We gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Q: What if the item I want to exchange is sold out?
A: You’ll receive a store credit that never expires, which can be applied to any future purchase.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Products & Sizing

Q: Are Toy Asabi pieces true to size?

A: Yes — our pieces are designed to fit true to size. For the best fit, review the Size Chart linked in the footer of our site.

Q: I’m between sizes. What should I do?
A: For fitted or bodycon styles, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

Q: Will sold-out items be restocked?
A: Toy Asabi collections are released in exclusive drops. Once a style is gone, it may not return — making each piece limited. We recommend securing your favorites while they’re available.

Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout options
available through Shopify.

Q: Can I use multiple forms of payment on one order?
A: At this time, only one payment method can be applied per order.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package.

Q: My payment didn’t go through — what should I do?
A: Double-check that your billing address and card details match. If issues continue, try another
payment method or contact your bank.

General Questions

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order
is confirmed. Contact info@toyasabi.com immediately and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes — digital gift cards are available and make the perfect last-minute gift. They are delivered by
email and never expire.

Q: Do you ever run promotions or sales?
A: Toy Asabi pieces are released in exclusive drops and are rarely discounted. To be the first to know about special promotions or limited offers, join our VIP list.
