At Toy Asabi LLC, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days
- Processing time excludes weekends and holidays
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday only
- During sales, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended
- Preorder items ship within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (U.S.)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (not guaranteed)
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days, depending on location
Express Shipping
- USPS Priority Mail Express: Overnight–2 business days
- UPS 2-Day or UPS Overnight
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
- International shipping is available to select countries
- Delivery times vary by destination and carrier
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the shipping cost
- Customers are responsible for any customs or import charges required by their country
Toy Asabi LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid duties.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, shipping delays are outside of our control. Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events

Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Toy Asabi LLC is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages returned to sender
- Failed delivery attempts
Returned packages due to address errors will require a reshipment fee before the order can be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control.
Toy Asabi LLC is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received
Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier:
- USPS
- UPS
We recommend shipping to a secure location.
Holiday Shipping
During major holidays or peak shopping seasons, processing and shipping times may be delayed due to increased carrier volume.
