Refund & Exchange Policy

At Toy Asabi, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please note that we have a strict no refunds
policy. Exchanges and store credit may be issued under the following conditions:

Exchanges

- Items may be exchanged for a different size or color (if available).

- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or
incorrect.

Store Credit

- If the requested size/color is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

- Store credit is provided in the form of a digital gift card and does not expire.

Defective or Incorrect Items

- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@toyasabi.com with your order number and photos of the item.

- Approved defective/incorrect items will be exchanged for the same product. No refunds will be issued.

Eligibility Requirements To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be:

- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

- Free of stains, fragrances, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage.

- With all original tags and packaging attached. Final Sale Items (no exchanges or credit):

- Sale/clearance items

- Swimwear

- Bodysuits

- Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email info@toyasabi.com with your order number, the item(s) in
question, and reason for exchange.

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3
business days.

3. Once approved, return the item as instructed. After inspection, we
will process your exchange or issue store credit.

6. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Right to Refuse

Toy Asabi reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
