Local Pick Up Policy

Toy Asabi offers local pickup for customers in the Miami, Broward, and West Palm Beach areas. Please review our local pickup policy below.

1. Availability

• At checkout, customers can select “Local Pickup” as their delivery option.
• Pickup is available daily between 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST, by arrangement.

2. Confirmation

• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions.
• When you are on your way to pick up your order, please text (718) 902-4412 with your order number so your items can be prepared in advance.

3. Requirements at Pickup

• At pickup, customers must present a valid ID and their order number.
• Customers must also sign a pickup sheet confirming receipt of the package.

4. Important Notes

• Orders not picked up cannot be canceled.
• If an order is not picked up within 30 days, the items will be returned to inventory and a store credit will be issued.
• Absolutely no refunds will be provided for uncollected pickup orders.
• By selecting Local Pickup at checkout, you agree to these terms and conditions.
